New Sales Managers for BASF

BASF Pest Control Solutions has appointed two new sales managers to serve pest managers and distributors in NSW, Queensland and the Northern Territory.

Steven King — well known as an experienced and highly regarded pest manager, timber pest inspector and, more recently, as a top flight trainer and assessor with RAPID Training — has been appointed as BASF Pest Control Solutions’ Central Sales Manager servicing NSW.

David Arnold — scion of inaugural Pest Manager of the Year, Peter Arnold — has taken on the role of Northern Sales Manager servicing Queensland and the Northern Territory.

BASF Pest Control Solutions Commercial Manager, Stewart Paterson, said Steven King has racked up over 26 years in pest management practice, business management, training and assessing.

“Over the past two and a half decades, Steven has become one of this industry’s most respected pest management authorities.  Gaining his services is a major coup, not just for us but for our customers,” Mr Paterson said.

“We are similarly delighted to have attracted David Arnold to our team.

“David’s tutelage under the guidance of his award-winning father, Peter, has seen him gain a wealth of quality experience during his seven years in pest management … a wise and experienced head on young, energetic shoulders,” he said.

Mr Paterson said taking on the important role of representing BASF and its leading edge products to pest managers and distributors is a significant turning point in both Steven’s and David’s careers.
